WHY WE FORMED THE FUTURES FELLOWSHIP

We, the Futures Fellowship mentors, are a group of committed professionals and entrepreneurs who have informally mentored many young adults. Together, we created the The Futures Fellowship because we believe that, with the right structure and support, mentoring relationships can be transformative for both mentees and mentors.

As a group and as individuals, we are making a significant time commitment to this program and to every Futures Fellow. Even before the program begins, we will undergo mentorship training. In addition to structured programming, we will regularly reach out and be available to all Fellows during the course of the 9-month program.

Perhaps most importantly, we are all eager to learn and grow from working closely with the Futures Fellows.
